Alain Madar

CEO & FOUNDER of MADAR GROUP

Alain MADAR is a distinguished figure in the world of real estate and the CEO of the MADAR GROUP. Continuing the legacy of innovation and excellence set forth by his father, Raoul MADAR, Alain's journey in real estate began at a young age. With a degree in Business from ESCP Paris and a natural acumen for real estate development, Alain has been pivotal in propelling the MADAR Group to new heights. Under Alain's stewardship, the Group has expanded its portfolio to include some of the most prestigious properties in prime locations across Europe. His bold vision led to the acquisition and development of the Port Palace Hotel in Monaco, the Palm Beach in Cannes, and the Beaugrenelle Shopping Mall in Paris. The development of luxury villas in Saint Barthélemy is one of his recent endeavors, reflecting his ability to blend luxury with sustainability.

Jean Madar

CO-FOUNDER

Jean Madar is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Interparfums, Inc., a public company known for its development, manufacturing, and distribution of prestige perfume and cosmetic brands. Some of these brands include Moncler, Jimmy Choo, Coach, and Montblanc, among others. With a keen eye for luxury trends and a deep understanding of the fragrance industry, Jean Madar has steered Interparfums through numerous successful ventures, including the acquisition of licenses for several high-profile designer brands. His strategic direction has helped Interparfums to not only expand its portfolio but also to establish a strong presence in the beauty market with a market capitalization of $4bn+. Jean Madar holds a Master's Degree from ESSEC business school and is regarded as an influential figure in the world of luxury goods. Jean significantly contributed to the growth of the MADAR Group thanks to his leadership and his sharp vision of both real estate and luxury.

Odile Madar Cohen

GENERAL COUNSEL

Odile Madar Cohen is the sister of Alain and Jean, and has contributed to the Group's expansion thanks to her legal expertise. She is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience practicing law. Specializing in real estate law, and is the General Counsel for the MADAR Group. She graduated from law school in Paris and has since become a respected member of her local bar association. throughout her career, Odile has handled a wide variety of cases, from complex commercial disputes to high-stakes residential matters. Odile emphasizes the importance of ethical conduct, transparency, and open communication.

David-Emmanuel Cohen

CEO of MADAR GROUP FLORIDA

David-Emmanuel Cohen is an entrepreneur in the luxury goods sector, known for his innovative approach and leadership as the CEO and Co-Founder of Red Luxury Group. With a keen sense of market trends and a vision for the future of luxury retail, David-Emmanuel has successfully steered the group to international acclaim. David-Emmanuel holds a Master's in Finance and Real Estate from ESCP PARIS, coupled with some professional experience at Morgan Stanley Real Estate and Deutsche Bank Real Estate. David-Emmanuel lives in Miami and is the CEO of MADAR GROUP FLORIDA.

Olivier Delisle is the General Manager at Madar Group & has more than 20 years of experience in real estate. Olivier's leadership is characterized by strategic growth & a deep commitment to value creation.
